The aims, structure, and organisation of the Round Table are governed by its Statute, which remains fixed throughout the whole cycle of the TRTM's organisation.

The idea of having a written Statute is to suppress effects of any personal biases (including those of the organisers themselves) and promote transparency in the organisation of the Round Table. In the process of consultations among the Gatekeepers and members of the Scientific Advisory Board, a number of issues and questions have been raised, and the document below gives a representative summary of the discussions in the form of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and answers.
