Beware of spam and fishing emails asking for completing reservations of accommodation in Exeter for the days of the conference – we have been informed about some cases already! We will NOT suggest, request, or provide any further information about accommodation beyond that given below unless explicitly requested by you.

The following hotels have agreed to offer discounts for your bookings related to TRTM 2024. The special offer codes are available from the organisers on request, but it is always good to shop around first in case better deals (in terms of price or location) were available.

Leonardo Hotel Exeter is located in Exeter city centre, 30 min walking from the TRTM venue. It offers rooms for 2–7 June at £120.00 bed&breakfast for sole occupancy, with a £12 supplement for a twin/double occupancy room, with a complimentary drinks voucher for each guest and 15% off food&beverages purchased in the hotel. They would need to release any unsold room 2 months prior to arrival, while any bookings made using the allocation rate would be able to cancel 14 prior to arrival.

Mercure Rougemont and Mercure Southgate are also located in Exeter city centre in 21 and 31 min from the venue, respectively.  The Exeter Central railway station is usefully close to Mercure Rougemont hotel. They offer a 12% discount for their flexible rates (with the code): go to the Accor hotel website, enter dates & add the special code in the preferential code area, and then you will have 2 options to book either pre-paid or flexible rates with 12% off.

There are also a plenty of other hotels in Exeter, bookable either directly or through your preferred booking engine. Early booking is however strongly recommended.
