The registration fees is kept at the minimal viable level by ensuring that each participant’s fee includes only appropriate “per person” costs, and every attendee is considered as a participant and is responsible for paying their fee by the stipulated deadline.

The registration fee is £225 (reduced) and £250 (standard), to include tea and coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, poster session refreshments, conference dinner, and cultural programme.

The registration link will be emailed to the conference participants.

Each participant is responsible for making their own accommodation, subsistence, transport, and visa arrangements, with appropriate information and assistance (such as visa invitation letters) provided by the Local Organising Committee at this website and by request.

The Round Table does not subsidise its attendance by any participants. However, its sponsors may do so, and with the relevant information posted in the separate tab.
